My brother is also a Z owner (living in southern GA) and he recently got a reckless driving citation. Here is the story: He turned out of a parking lot giving it some gas and got about 100ft before he saw the cop. It was late at night and he has a really loud exhaust on the car - so no doubt the cop had his eye on him the second he pulled out. He was accelerating quickly but he never went more than 5 mph over the speed limit. The cop pulled him over and gave him the ticket. Nowhere on the ticket does it indicate that he was speeding or driving too quickly for conditions. Is there anyway that he can get this reduced or thrown out when he has to go to court?
